Small independent Registered Investment Adviser/Consultant office in McMinnville looking for part-time(9-3, Monday through Friday) Office Manager. Experience in Quickbooks A/P, A/R and payroll desirable. Applicant should have typing skills and an ability to work with Microsoft computer programs such as Excel, Word, Access, and Power Point. Applicant must be eligible and willing to obtain Series 65 certification.
Applicant will support advisers and give guidance to other office staff. Applicant will have telephone contact with clients to follow up on minor issues. This position does not require any sales contact. The tasks assigned are standard in their concept, but require some independent thinking in their application. Attention to detail and ability to work independently are extremely important. Applicant must also have the ability to develop big-picture thinking.
